Rockford Guilford High School Pathway Videos

These 3 videos were for Rockford Guilford High School. There is a video for their production academy, the graphic design lab, and the credit union. These videos were made to help incoming students better understand which pathway would be best for them. I wrote the script, shot, and edited all three videos myself.

Young Voter Documentary

This is a voter documentary I made when I was as a student at Rock Valley College for my documentary production class. It targeted young voters in my area trying to engage them for local elections. I got to interview State Representative Maurice West and ask him how he goes about trying to engage youth, and why it is important to help them understand the magnitude their vote can have in their community.

Stroll On State 2024

This poetic documentary captures the beauty of downtown Rockford the weekend after Thanksgiving. Every year The City of Rockford holds an event called 'Stroll on State'. The community comes together to celebrate each other and spread the holiday spirit.

Davis Park Poetic Documentary

This poetic documentary captures the destruction of a long standing building in downtown Rockford. Once the center of concerts for 'On the Waterfront'. After the new hotel went up they pushed for the demolition of this building after paying for it to get repainted just a few years prior...funny isn't it.

Lexus ES 300 Process Documentary

This process documentary goes over how to change a headlight on a 1997 Lexus ES 300. I made this for mt documentary class at Rock Valley College, but really just do that I wouldn't forget how to do it

The kinetic typography video was made all in after effects and the audio is from my favorite show, Ted Lasso. The other video was made in my animation class and focuses on morphing shapes into something else. Pause the video during a transition to see a funny 'in-between'
